I did see this "How to migrate your existing projects and Windows Store apps to the latest release of the Windows Library for JavaScript
If your app depends upon Microsoft.WinJS.1.0, then you will simply need to rebuild, test, and republish your app to the Windows Store. If your app depends upon Microsoft.WinJS.1.0.RC or an older version of the Windows Library for JavaScript, see Migrating a Windows Store app to the latest Windows Library for JavaScript for instructions on how to migrate an existing project or Windows Store app the latest release of the Windows Library for JavaScript."
so i'll see if anyone else has a similar issue
