The only A20 that doesn’t have that forced unlock song feature is 2019042200, which is why ORCA is EE access Only

You need the old butterfly 1.0.0 to disable events and courses, so grand finale won't pop up on A20.

So it’s true, the butterfly server does force fully unlocked all songs regardless of the “gamemdx” options are turned off. looks like I’m gonna have to create a server like butterfly to play EXTRA EXCLUSIVE EVENTS or turn off “force unlocked songs” on Butterfly.
