  1. from MAME dumps then manually converted for this fork. For example for "DDR SuperNOVA2" (Japan version), I got boot loops because my RAW file version is now 2007100800 but my HDD_ID and ILINK_ID were still for version 2007071100 so I extracted those files from MAME dump roms for 2007100800 which are "ps2_hdd_id" (renaming to "HDD_ID.bin") and "ps2_nvram" (creating ILINK_ID.bin by using HEX EDITOR). Next, I got a Security ID error screen because my RAW file is version 2007100800 while my dongles were still for 2007071100 so I go for MAME dump roms for 2007100800 again and extracted "ds2430_black_gqgdjjaa.bin" (renaming to "dongle_Black.bin") and "ds2430_white_gqfdhjaa.bin" (renaming to "dongle_White.bin") These are what I'm referring to my Summary #5 🙂.
  2. That Security ID error screen refers to incorrect Dongle files. Take note of one of my summaries... if your RAW file version is 2007100800, version for Dongles, HDDid, and iLINK must also the same versions as well as what I stated in #5
  3. Thank you very much "piotr25691" and "BlueSupernova22". To correct my previous posts this SSE4 build is 202209 version not 202208 I got managed to get DDRSN1J running (not in AVX2 😄) by replacing those dongle bin files. After reading/studying/observing the entire thread and to summarize for preventing the issues of black screen, boot loops and/or closes after (take note of the ff.): 1. Use the correct version of PS2 bios (e.g. SCPH-50000_BIOS_Vx_JAP_170). 2. With Magicgate keys in bios folder (civ, cks, eks, kek) 3. With Python2.ini in "inis" folder with the correct path of HDDimage, Dongles & ID's. 4. Paths for those files use double slashes "\\" 5. Version patch of HDDimage, Dongles, HDDid, & iLink must all the same 'cos these are dependent to each other. 6. Make your PCSX2 not in "read-only" 'cos this won't also save your configurations in USB settings. Regarding cheats (PNACH), it doesn't need to rename all your folders and roms to make it work including the PNACH file. It only needs the correct values in Python2.ini: PatchFile= (use double slashes "\\" also) PatchExtended=1 In PNACH file remove those double slashes "\\" in order to enable a cheat. Enable also Game Cheat in your PCSX2 game settings. "DDR SuperNOVA" (Japan version) requires Ethernet (not real Internet) enabled to pass Network Initializing: Ethernet Device type = Sockets Ethernet Device = Auto Sadly, the PNACH for "DDR SuperNOVA2" (Japan version) is only works on 200707 but not in this 200710. On the bright side, "DEAD END ("GROOVE RADAR" special)" is now present. Looking forward for these games to be finally operational in MAME 'cos CHD's consumes less space compare to HDD *.Raw Files.
  4. From the links shared here since Page 2 of this thread. Both SN1 and SN2. If that case can i have those new version of dongle_Black.bin and dongle_White.bin for SN1 and SN2 so that I can use these for 202209 version? Regarding MAME, oh are these working now with MAME? Can't find CHDs during my searches 'cos i want also those non-japanese versions (e.g. DS SN)
  5. Can I have the older one? Because this (202209) gives me again Security ID error and won't run neither "DDR SuperNOVA" nor "DDR SuperNOVA2"
  6. From "Omar2". Which I quoted and he shared from previous pages... As what I'd said, this program has no "Ethernet" Device selection so this will work only for "DDR SuperNOVA2" is that WX build? can you share it here?
  7. Hmmm, one problem 'cos this program "Omar2" shared... doesn't have network device.... From the later program (202208) that gave me Security ID error for "DDR SupeNOVA", it has... the program you shared to me... is for AVX2 only (no other options) and this won't run on my PC 'cos mine is only AVX1 "Omar2" shared has options other than AVX2 so that's why I was able to run "DDR SuperNOVA2" As for "Beautiful Life" oh yes I'm aware to patch that PNACH but I can't test this cheat on my own until I ran "DDR SuperNOVA" so for those has a PCSX2 Python2 Package in 202203 version other than AVX2 (with SSE etc.) with a Network/Ethernet device kindly share it here 'cos I downloaded the later version 202208 Because the dump for "DDR SuperNOVA2" was only 200707 and "DEAD END ("GROOVE RADAR" special)" was later batch version (200708)
  8. This "Dance Dance Revolution SuperNOVA" gaves me a pain and headache since Page 2 of this thread. So for those who manage to work this thru "offline" please tell me any tutorials of how do you manage to work SN1. I really want to play "Beautiful Life"
  9. So DDR SuperNOVA really requires internet??
  10. Why yours proceed? Its Weird that when I tried "DDR SuperNOVA2" it proceed but "DDR SuperNOVA" stills not...
  11. This program stuck me at Network initializing and won't proceed....
  12. there was an SSE4 type in this URL https://nightly.link/987123879113/pcsx2/workflows/windows-workflow/master?status=completed but unfortunately it was expired if someone has the SSE4 type of PCSX2 20220731144220 version, pls share it here cos AVX2 type can't run on my computer
  13. i'm using "PCSX2 1.7.0-20220823112446- compiled on Aug 23 2022" in SSE4 type Do you have that "20220731144220 version" in SSE4 'cos AVX2 type won't run on my Computer "x86 Features Detected: SSE2 SSE3 SSSE3 SSE4.1 SSE4.2 AVX" yours is... "x86 Features Detected: SSE2 SSE3 SSSE3 SSE4.1 SSE4.2 AVX AVX2 FMA SSE4a"
