  1. I know that in UI fastools does not have these options, as I never changed and I always managed to use the emulator normally I never felt the need to go to .ini and make changes. I do not deny that the model 3 UI has more options and is more complete, but I think the design of the home screen is very polluted, I know that the intention is to leave everything within 1 click to be changed but the fact is that people only change the options only the first time they use the UI and then they just open the UI and click to open the game they are going to use. I also know that you are the creator of model 3 UI and I really appreciate the service that you do by spending your time for the fun of others, I will leave here some suggestions that I think I and other people would like to see in model 3 UI: - Create an "Options" tab next to the "Help" tab, inside the "Options" tab, put all the separate settings under Video, Sound, Control and Link System, this would make the initial UI screen clear because as I said before, people will only change these options the first time they use the UI. - If possible, also create a "Languages" tab next to "Help" with options like Spanish, French and Portuguese for example, people who don't understand all the options in English would be much more comfortable about what each emulator option does inside. from UI, I like this alternative within UI fastools and I think it can make it easier for more people. - Create a way to switch between the table with all the supported roms and the table with all the roms that the user has, for example I don't use / like all model 3 games, so in fastools UI I always leave only the table with the roms I have (9 roms) to make it easier to find. - The way to configure the controls is also a bit complicated, you get that command prompt screen and then you have to change it line by line, so you have to use "c" to reset the command that was already recorded, use "a" to enable the command entry, use "down" to go to the next command, it is very laborious, it would be easier to see a table and with two clicks of the mouse change each command to what you want, the table could be separated of "fight", "race" for example, to know in which games of model 3 that configuration would be changed. - It would also be more pleasant to see changing the purple colors of the UI and black of the table to white, it is more visually comfortable. Anyway, I am grateful for the work provided to the community. Obs.: I think you should already know that the HideCMD option is not working, when I try to open the game with it enabled, the game window also does not open but the emulation is still being done because I hear the sounds. Obs.: I don't understand why using model 3 UI a txt file "error.log" is created in the directory even with the game running correctly, using fastools this file is not generated in the directory.
  2. That guy, the intention is to help each other here. Now leave here some tests I've been doing: First is that the r793 version of gametronik as well as the r792 works perfectly here, I am using the Fastools UI which is my preferred UI for showing only the games I have and for having a lighter or less polluted interface. I always used the same roms and they always worked but then I decided to do tests using the most recent roms present in the set of MAME 0.220, as a curious thing happened, I only use 9 roms from model 3, and when using these 9 roms from the set most recent only lemans24 did not work, the supermodel says that the file "epr-18261.ic9" is missing in the most current rom, so I took this file in older roms and put it in the most current rom and it worked normal, it is strange that of all the most current roms of MAME only this does not work in the supermodel for missing a file that is in older roms. When I open the roms manager (romcenter) it says that the file "epr-18261.ic9" is not necessary inside the lemans24 rom of set 0.220 but I have to leave this file there otherwise the supermodel will not open this rom.
  3. Hello everyone, come on: I as many have suffered with all versions after build r787, after that r790 and r791 do not work here at all, as I already said it is not a problem of rom or settings because I did the same thing that I always did until the build r787 and it worked. But today browsing, I took a look at the gametronik and saw that the r792 version was out there, so I downloaded and did the same thing I always do, set up video, control etc ..., used the same rom and it worked perfectly, so I just I can believe that there was something in the r790 and r791 builds that broke here on my PC and the r792 x64 version (downloaded from gametronik) solved that and worked perfectly. Obs .: I always use it with UI, I find it very uncomfortable to be typed line of code, but with both UI the r792 version worked perfect here.
  4. Rest assured, you were not excluded for posting anything, it happened due to problems in their forum, I never posted anything there and I was also unable to log in with my account, I created another account there and managed to log in, their forum is very unstable and the every moment is going offline. It looks like they rolled back on the server and all accounts and posts within a period have been deleted.

  6. Yes, this is what I'm doing but there is a question, what if all future versions use the standard that r790 and r791 used? In that case I would be stuck on the r787 version and miss out on all future emulation progress. I realized that since they included "SDL2.dll" in the r790 the UIs didn't work here anymore, it may not be that, but it is a great coincidence it is. It would not make sense because even version r787 in that same directory everything works. Making it clear that I'm not using command lines, I'm just pointing this roms folder through the UI and the generated .txt error log shows me that, when I point that same folder to r787 or earlier everything works normal.
  7. I have nothing else to try, I have already downloaded the r790 version of GameTronik, I have already downloaded r791 version of emu-france and EmuCR and none of them works either with Sega Model 3 UI or with Supermodel UI FasTools. I'm sure I don't have problems with roms or anything because any version of r787 or lower works with both UIs without any problem, when I try to open both r790 and r791 using the Supermodel UI FasTools the interface doesn't even open for me to change settings or choose the game and a .txt "error.log" appears in the emulator folder written: "Supermodel v0.3a-WIP Error Log ------------------------------ Started as: argv [0] = D: \ Supermodel-r791-x64 \ supermodel.exe argv [1] = -print-games " When I try to open both r790 and r791 using the Sega Model 3 UI the interface opens and then after configuring and pointing where the roms are when I click to open the rom, the cmd screen appears and then it closes and there appears a .txt "error. log "in the emulator folder written: "Supermodel v0.3a-WIP Error Log ------------------------------ Started as: argv [0] = Supermodel.exe argv [1] = C: \ Roms \ Arcade \ Sega Model 3 (Supermodel Emulator) \ vf3.zip " In this case I tried to open Virtua Fighter 3 but the same is true with any game I choose. Right now I am trying to open the official supermodel3.com website but it is down.
  8. Could you tell me where you downloaded it from? Or did you compile yourself? Both here on the homepage and in the official forum I only see a link to older versions.
  9. Anyone with problems using Sega Model 3 UI in the latest version of the emulator (r790)? Here Sega Model 3 UI works with all other versions except the r790, this version seems to have added SDL2.dll, would that have broken UI compatibility?
