You cannot set the region to U, I, or E. You can only set the region to J (Japan, default) or A (Asia excluding Japan, Mainland China and Korea). Also, you've got to change the title of the .dest file in dev/raw. You also have to change BOTH ea3.config files (there's one in dev/nvram, and one in prop). -
