Maybe the ini containing the exe path is messed up. Did you edited some ini file? The specific error you are getting when you launch the game ( the one you posted in your first comment about it ) is related to different things like DirectX and Visual C++ and also different OS architecture ( x86 or x64 ). So you can try to install last DirectX ( 2010 ) and all Visual C++ both x86 and x64. CHEERs

@emulor, thanks for trying to help with changing lang and text. I tried what you suggested but It gave me no result. I don't care about commentary, Japanese voices are ok, my problem is the text. If you have PES 2012 you can try to add other languages folder to the "KCK-001-2013040101\contents\data\convert\ac" directory...maybe it works Let us know and thanks again. CHEERs

I can understand you but for me it's good with gamepad too. Graphics are the same for TC2 and TC3 on Arcade and PS2. That Arcade system was a fancy PS2 CHEERs

TC2 Arcade version is the same as PS2 version. You can play it with PCSX2, it's the only way if you haven't the real HW and the game for PS2. Same for TC3. For TC4 use RPCS3, it works well. TC1 is running good on MAME I play all series and I love them, no matter if it's Arcade or console porting, the feeling is the same! CHEERs

For graphic settings is better to change from ini in the Documents folder because is not read-only otherwise from the game folder you need to uncheck read-only and re-check it after saving. CHEERs

It's not PS2 HW, lol. It's ES3 system and it's like PC HW, it has an i5 and a GTX 650 Ti/680. I like more this looking graphics of v5 than PS3 v4, it's a matter of tastes I think. v4 keeps the looking of predecessors and it has good light effects. PS3 HW for that time was a beast but was not exploited at max in my opinion ( not easy for game devs too ). CHEERs

hasp_windows_x64_105293.dll is a dongle protection. Try to rename it, change extension or delete it....that launcher will not start. Check HASP dongle on Google, so you will learn about it. CHEERs

It needs to be cracked, I think. There's the dongle.dll in that directory and it's loading when you start the RSLauncher. When you start from TimeCrisisGame-Win64-Shipping.exe or the Start.bat the dongle is bypassed for sure, that's why it works without the help of nothing. CHEERs

Doesn't work because there's no Japan folders/files in all Localization folder. I noticed only now, lol. I suggested that method because is what I did for switching to my native lang. CHEERs

Go to C:\Users\yourname\Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3\TimeCrisisGame\Config and open TimeCrisisEngine.ini Scroll down until you find the string [Engine.Engine] and under that string there is Language = ( put JAP here ) , save it. CHEERs

I have the original game in PAL for PS3 and both TC4 and Razing Storm for RPCS3 ( one in PAL and the other in NTSC ). Most of the roms for consoles I play are my own dumps I have the PSOne, PS2, 2 PSP, PS3 and PS4. I have lots of consoles not only from Sony...all in the original state with original games. CHEERs

I have that version because the version you mentioned is not in PAL, so I prefer playing in my native lang By the way, I tried it and it's good, I have that rom on one of my HDDs just in case I want to play it again. CHEERs

I have Time Crisis 4, not the Razing Storm and it has no Move support, at least it's what the emulator says.

I know mouse is only possible for games that support Move like HotD 3 and 4. With these 2 games my mouse work. CHEERs

I think the lightgun was not added because there is no trace of it in the Device Class menu. Other users play it with dolphinbar but I know nothing about it. CHEERs
