is there any solution to a green texture issue with character select screen and Yoshi spins for items screen with resolution higher than native?

is the art files (textures folder) naming convention per game directory setup as in each game got to have ArcCabView folder within it? is there an art repository some where for this?

I cant get the bezel to display in demul even though I got the art pack download I checked bezel and background options in home settings but nothing works my demul is set to 16:9 display
