    I can play only easy, 2 stages dead center and dark carnival after finished it's not unlocked anything ??? so this is a trial . can't read Japanese also

    after extracted game folder I click on left4dead app and it launches the game and the game stuck at this page. can't use keyboard any keys nor mouse. what should I do Oh. I think I missed bat file .so have to download all files and put them up in the same folder right? I click on batch file, the game launches and gone like it's terminated
