  1. You have every right to be confused as I posted the wrong MEGA link - lol. Here is the correct one. https://mega.nz/file/o9lACZaL#f_w2NrJyLxsST5ErwzDfOknm8t6RihjpdouvO6FNAtE I'll fix the others.... Damn all these "DL" games...
  2. I only know of one source for this MP4: https://archive.org/download/singe-dl-tv Paired with: https://mega.nz/file/o9lACZaL#f_w2NrJyLxsST5ErwzDfOknm8t6RihjpdouvO6FNAtE The M2V is also in the usual archive but maybe could get a better encode......
  3. Good memory sir, on my TODO...... Been a little busy with all this - lol
  4. What is very cool, and quite clever in this game, is the fact that the movement prompt sprites are encoded into the video not the overlay. Very well done.
  5. Aha, no longer an issue.... Hypseus Singe version 2.8.0: Daphne 16bit VLDP (frame) limit constraint has been removed Singe games exceeding 65535 frames are now supported
  6. Enjoy, dltv is actually quite a lot of fun I found - thanks @poiu (but you had a few bugs - I am sure I missed some) It's 4 hours of video, so.....

  10. Perfect I am not a Windows user, but that sounds like it's a good thing You can also try the '-nolinear_scale' argument to disable bilinear scaling in fullscreen. Plenty of options there.
  11. Firstly, have you tried removing the video .dat files and letting Hypseus recreated them ? I haven't tested dle11 specifically before but I just grabbed from: https://archive.org/download/firefox_201602/Daphne/roms/ And seems to run fine: 2022-01-08 22:17:47.575 INFO [1971532] [reset_logfile@337] Line Blending Function: C 2022-01-08 22:17:47.575 INFO [1971532] [reset_logfile@344] Audio Mixing Function: C 2022-01-08 22:17:47.579 WARN [1971532] [sound::init@208] WARNING : requested 2048 samples for sound buffer, but got 1024 samples 2022-01-08 22:17:47.595 INFO [1971532] [SDL_input_init@445] No joysticks detected 2022-01-08 22:17:47.595 INFO [1971532] [game::load_compressed_rom@946] Loading compressed ROM image dle11u1l.bin ... 8192 bytes read. 2022-01-08 22:17:47.595 INFO [1971532] [game::load_compressed_rom@946] Loading compressed ROM image dle11u2l.bin ... 8192 bytes read. 2022-01-08 22:17:47.595 INFO [1971532] [game::load_compressed_rom@946] Loading compressed ROM image dle11u3l.bin ... 8192 bytes read. 2022-01-08 22:17:47.595 INFO [1971532] [game::load_compressed_rom@946] Loading compressed ROM image dle11u4l.bin ... 8192 bytes read. 2022-01-08 22:17:48.901 INFO [1971532] [ldp_vldp::read_frame_conversions@1043] Framefile parse succeeded. Then post the log.
  12. Heya, So which ROM are you using ? lair or dle21 ? What arguments are you currently trying, and what are the logs saying when the crash occurs ? What is the checksum of the ROM in case it's corrupt? I usually run 'lair' with -fastboot -bank 1 00110111 -bank 0 10011001 I haven't seen any issues with these m2v's.
  13. Dragon's Lair TV Show: Bug Hunt - What issues have you seen ? I'm in the process of porting Poiu's DLTV to Hypseus, and have found a number of issues. I can only see the version on archive.org currently - are there any updated versions? https://archive.org/details/singe-dl-tv Hopefully having fixed some of the more serious ones, I am asking if anyone has specifically seen issues with this 4 hour epic.... ? Please message me, or post here.
  14. Depends which type of hardware scoreboard you have. There is code in the source to work with the USB scoreboard supplied by Cambridge Arcade, it is not enabled by default. https://github.com/DirtBagXon/hypseus-singe/commit/22b13e416d6941db99246780f707213427ad0f27 The code for the original parallel port interface (those still exist correct?) is still unaltered in the source code and active, however I do not have the ability to test it.
  15. "singe2\Hayate_HD" Can you try these as replacement .singe files: https://mega.nz/file/gkNRlKBS#VcJS8UeM18n0NHiJo9vfazr-AZM9NzoSyTWiU2eF9vo - (Added alternate .singe file path)
  16. All the Daphne games are in the maabus thread above. There is also a torrent for content on the first post in this thread: magnet:?xt=urn:btih:37A007191448E20509B9189F8B6ED5D5AE08CC0D&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.opentrackr.org%3A1337%2Fannounce Make sure that you update the Singe LUA files from the GitHub repo, as the LUA data in that torrent is old: https://github.com/DirtBagXon/hypseus_singe_data
  17. https://drive.filen.io/d/489d548f-c653-4156-9836-c75e2e5e7c07#0sBIRvjAyyoqO1BT0GThQfH5FYOoUJBP Unzip into the 'singe' sub-folder and run with: hypseus.exe singe vldp -framefile singe\typing-md2\typing-md2.txt -script singe\typing-md2\typing-md2.singe -fullscreen -blend_sprites Note: It uses the full keyboard, not standard controls. Start the game with 'Enter'. Not sure if you're asking for this, but use standard Daphne ROM and video for lair2, from any of the downloads here:
  18. Hypseus is now available via 'RetroPie-Setup' packages For all the Raspberry Pi users: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Daphne/
  19. Ah, ok. I suspected so. Still will be good to have a modern usable version.
  20. Yeah, indication seems to be it's the same quality in any case, converting the PSX video seems far too complex....... a few forum threads, but no actual resolution on that seq001.out file...
  21. jpsxdec opens and scans it all, but only seems to be able to pull out a couple of short "pause" videos with the .str extension. The main video seems to be in a seq001.out file, which jpsxdec doesn't seem to want to play with. Found this also: https://romhacking-ru.translate.goog/forum/5-409-1?_x_tr_sch=http&_x_tr_sl=ru&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=sc
  22. Absolutely, but the CD-i disk holds what seems a proprietary MPEG-1 stream https://www.isobuster.com/help/cd-i_and_vcd called Green Book standard. Long deceased. It seems to lack any timing information in the stream and ffpmeg complains about missing B, P frames and TOC header information. Even attempting a direct frame dump to png fails, encoding get video/audio sync issues and results in a crazy 2 hours movie. I am certain someone better than me, with these video streams, can do better. The Sega CinePak version has timing information. There is also the PSX version which I assume is the same as the CD-i from @DarkVoid666 description, but may not have the timing information issue. But need to figure out how to extract the video from the two PSX disks. Unless someone can obtain the iOS version....
  23. Yeah, I'd go with this one - I am having B and P frame issues from .rtf in ffmpeg......
  24. So the first two minutes of each source: https://mega.nz/file/sgcXHAhC#d_mHeHESEfhpuDg7AdTvJv1hi68rMCgW53ETgA_-1YM - CD-i https://mega.nz/file/J4sEhQZK#R4M62q_fNxT7Zq_LGcldo9_PGGYQFmGA2OCUr48BhrA - Sega CD
  25. Thanks guys. Will investigate and post a video if I can read one out of the files....
