  1. I've made a new video tutorial explaining how to setup a Supermodel network from scratch, using the new network, if anyone's interested. https://youtu.be/tand0tIZ47w
  2. Yeah, I can't get it working in Ryujinx either (never actually tried Yuzu, sorry, know this is the wrong thread for Ryujinx...). It doesn't show up in the emulator's games directory and if I try 'Load application from file' it just goes to a black screen. I've tried updating to the most recent firmware and prod keys and still no joy. It wouldn't surprise me if that is the correct file size, it's not a very long or big game.
  3. Merci beaucoup, mon ami! Thanks for sharing.
  4. Any of you lovely people happen to have a link to download House of the Dead Remake? I tried a little Googling tonight for any NSP/XCI downloads but no joy.
  5. Yeah, perhaps there's a level of hypocrisy on my part to get upset seeing Streets of Rage 4 being emulated when I've certainly reaped the benefits of this site for it's arcade content. But in my mind there's a big difference between downloading a 5-10 year old arcade game that would be impossible to play at home otherwise Vs downloading a game for a home system that is currently viable and easy to buy on PC or console. Again, not denying the hypocrisy, I was on this very thread asking about Cruis N blast a few pages back, which is a current Switch exclusive game. In my brain though I justify it as Nintendo are a big multi-million dollar organisation that can take the hit, plus they fucked people over years back on YouTube with all their scummy monestization practices and haven't exactly endeared themselves to gamers by going after sites like Emuparadise, so fuck them. Lizardcube, who make SOR4, are a tiny independent studio who need support and I want to see them thrive as they've made some quality games. Anyway, not trying to get in an argument. You asked a question, this is the answer.
  6. This game isn't a Nintendo exclusive that you need Switch emulation for! You should buy the proper version for your PC and support the developers.
  7. Finally got Cruis 'n Blast working. I'd made a few tweaks to the Ryujinx settings, which didn't seem to make any difference and the game still crashed the first couple of times I tried loading it and then on about tmy 3rd try at loading it up, it just... worked. Cruis 'n Blast actually runs not to terribly on my aging system. the frame rate's a bit janky, but there's no audio lag and the game feels like it's actually playing at the right speed, despite the wonky frame rate. The game is helluva fun. I wish Raw Thrills would actually port it to some additional systems (i.e PS4 or PC) so I can legit buy it, show the developers some support, enjoy the game full speed and not be reliant on an emulator. Ryujinx performance is kind of odd. I've been playing Sega AGES Outrun on it, and quite often the game starts out full speed and then after about 2 stages the frame rate suddenly drops and the audio sounds like a cat being strangled. Conventional wisdom would dictate that my system is probably getting overheated and hence performance is dropping, but I can usually tell when that's happening as the fans in my PC suddenly start sounding like a 747 taking off and that ain't happening here. Really odd. My experience with emulators is that a game will either play full speed or it doesn't (unless some background process kicks in and hogs your CPU). Weird that it seems to work OK for a bit and then fucks up...
  8. Thanks dude, I went ahead and downloaded Ryujinx pretty much as soon as I'd finished leaving my previous comment. Thank you very much for the link, but I actually found one on my own pretty much straight after leaving this site. My PC's getting on for 10 years old now, so probably isn't the best hardware for Switch emulation, although Virtua Racing ran full speed (until I started doing some video capture). Weirdly though, despite VR running well, Switch Sega AGES Outrun is quite laggy, which doesn't really make sense to me, being the older and simpler game. I'm having the same issue as Justin though with Crus 'n. with the game crashing on the second title screen. Oh well, I'm not super fussed about playing it, but would've been nice to play another arcade racer.
  9. Thanks for sharing this mate. I've never bothered trying Switch emulation, but think I'm going to give it a try now to give this a go. Don't suppose you've also got a link for Sega Ages Virtua Racing on the Switch too by any chance.
  10. @Cool Coyote There used to be a complicated way of doing it that I made a video about, but with this new method the guy who compiled this network version has got everything set up to go in a zip file. https://filebin.net/4zb8p452vaxdamfn All you have to do is add the Daytona 2 ROM to each one and it should be ready to go. I've created batch files to launch both emulators simultaneously, but the guy who compiled this new version has but batch files in each folder you can just double click to launch the emulators one at a time. If you want to find out how you can make your own batch files I discuss it in my video below. I've time stamped the link to go to the right bit:
  11. Daytona USA 2 Battle on the Edge and Power Edition and Le Mans 24 all work full speed in 2 Player network now!
  12. I take it you're all sorted now after our little chat on YouTube?
  13. NVM, got it sorted now, the game hadn't generated a Gamesettings.ini file in my shelldata folder. I had to manually create one to then change the number of laps.
  14. Lads, has anyone ever figured out how you can change your number of laps in the Expert course to 2? It's set to 1 in my version of the game and I haven't been able to find an obvious way to change it in the config ini file.
  15. Nope, the Japanese PS2 version was the only console of that generation that had force feedback. The wheel works, but the Xbox game has no FFB. There isn't a fix for that, I think the way I worded it straight after talking about the LAN might've confused you. The shortcomings I was referring to were the things like the lack of rumble in pads, the massive deadzone in the wheel X-Axis and lack of force feedback.
  16. Hey bud, thanks for the info. Someone mentioned in a comment in a YouTube video I put up that apparently this glitch happens in the real arcade as well. What's weird is I let the timer completely run out and continued and I still couldn't progress any further. Weird. Thanks for the info on the True Mastermind Edition, I wasn't familiar with it.
  17. Also, is there anyway to get the crosshairs to stay toggled on between levels?
  18. So, I'm absolutely loving this. In my first playthrough though I have encountered one bit of weird behaviour - I got stuck on the very last level. I took out the boss guy,who then makes a run for it, then went into an area with a load of the armoured guys who bounce around, I took all of them out and then the game just wouldn't advance any further. I kept moving from left to right and shooting the entire screen up just in case there was someone I'd missed who was hidden somewhere, but nope. The time just kept running out and I couldn't go any further. Has anyone else had this happen?
  19. @kimsama You absolute ruddy legend, thanks so much for this!
  20. I've put together a little tutorial on how to get a Supermodel multiplayer network running for anyone who's not sure about what to do.
