You need localhost tool to pass network selfcheck and JIS character data to dispaly Japanese normally(or just install windows 10 Japanese language pack) I can run this game normally But something wrong with the game touchscreen driver(All input operation is recognized as a long holding) Hardware:Newtap monitor
