Do you remember which dump you are using for 2008? I've tried a few but all of them crash, 2007 is working fine. I have drive letters setup and all that.

"Otomedius 2007 | otomedius.exe | Copy otomedius_save.exe to sv folder" I'm not sure I understand this, should I copy the original exe to the sv folder and rename it to otomedius_save.exe?
