I have the same problem with bootleg and bluesupernova22. After following jmrdragon, i get a black screen that i cant get out unless i sign out

Try the one with US. But i cant get mine to work because windows defender deletes it right away

Have you tried right-clicking "gamestart-us" then "run as administrator"?

i used to use ddr a db manager a lot. but right now, after i save and repack, the startup.arc size is significantly larger and is also the reason ddr a is suddenly unplayable. i didn't change any of the steps (heck what i just did was delete a song, then save and repack). the startup.arc size changes from 123kb to 176kb. i don't know what's going on because i never change the procedure and then this happens.

I get an "ERROR: Failed to launch hooked EXE: 00000002" and i can't edit the ddr.exe because windows defender views it as a trojan virus

Sweet. It does work. I only have the .iso for SN2 though, nothing more so I can't get it to work for now.

i do have the arcade .iso. will that help?

i found this on reddit and someone got ddr supernova 1 and 2 to work. any help? i downloaded from the github but don't know how to get it to work after that. https://github.com/987123879113/pcsx2/wiki/Setup#required-setup and also this. i followed the step by step process but keep getting 'gs failed to open' or something. i even changed the python2.ini by replacing the 'game2' with DDR SuperNOVA2. Turns out it requires using HDD or something. I think the .iso should be HDD or whatever, it's all Greek to me.

Hi. may i request step-by-step procedure how you did it in in X3 and 2014? I tried to change the ea3-config.xml and ea local server by replacing the "localhost:8080" with http://services.eamuse.network/ but i still get bad eamusement settings on startup, including ddrx2.

redownload it. then make sure only arcutil and dbmanager is present. that should fix teh problem

I have a problem with the db manager. The startup.arc size after saving is now 600kb. The game cant be launched. It only happened recently, it wasnt like that before. I just removed som bgvids of some songs

-open ddra db manager -open the startup.arc. its in contents\data\arc i don't think it works properly right now. i removed some songs, then save and repack. now ddr a20 wont launch upon inspection, the startup.arc increases size from 113kb to 630kb. it wasnt like this before. why's that?
