Maybe could be the pad model, try using "check input" option in your dump to check these inputs, sometimes is 2 buttons assigned to one in SpiceTolls configuration. Remember to Don't assing the "controls button" same as arrows bottons.

First of all, use SpiceTools or BemaniTools configuration tools to configure this pad, yes, you can use a dancepad like this, i tested with mine, set event mode on, configure in slot 1 or 2 on your configuration tolls these arrows to respectives arrows in keyboard, but the MENU ARROWS: move left - X move right - O, tringle or square for - menu up or down and the start button for start, this is my configuration. but if do you prefer using the emulated E-amausemet card i recommend to use a separate USB keyboard that have only numbers and enter.

No, I was think in need hex edit to unlock these old songs but i got no results, hex edit is a method to change encrypted code in games to force the executable to unlock certain assets. I need to wait the new dll comes from bemani patcher, now you can unlock orca but not all the songs from Ace 20 or the retro songs.
