Follow the steps for installing Game Loader in the games Dir. Grab the monitor hack in the first post, open the zip and place the file for your resolution (e.g. 1920x1080 - vf5) in the first folder of your game Dir (e.g. T:\Games\Virtua fighter 5 Rev. C). Open Game Loader Config and point it to TP. Go to the first page of Game Loader Config and check FULL SCREEN in the Other Options menu and save and close. Right click the Game Loader All RH and create a shortcut for your desktop and rename the shortcut to whatever you'd like (I named it VF5 Rev. C). Start the game from that shortcut.
If you are on Windows 10 and using a dual monitor you may have to disable the second monitor for this to work.
