  1. Yes and no. You can decelerate which is the most important thing. It's just the Endor level where it prompts you to "slam on the brakes" that it doesn't trigger the onscreen prompt. One of the the TP devs said he has had it work, it's just hit and miss as I said. I'm sure they'll figure it out in time.
  2. The guys in the teknoparrot discord channel said it's hit and miss, not always working. I've never had it work for me with JconfigSW at all. I can accelerate and brake in game BUT the sections on Endor where it prompts you to brake fail.
  3. The 1060 is better than the GPU in the Arcade machine, even a 3GB model would have enough VRAM for Battle Pod from my testing. Nvidia GPUs are better for emulation as AMD drivers are poor at OpenGL. I used to have a Phenom II 555BE which unlocked to a quad core, they're still weaker than an intel SB/IVY i3 though. Not great for emulation either BUT if it's working for you and the titles you want that's great
  4. I answered the question asked, how well does the game run and what are my specs. I said it's pretty smooth not perfect! I have a better PC than the Arcade machine itself and I still get stuttering occasionally. The Youtube video doesn't tell the whole story, it's just one level.
  5. The Namco ES3 arcade machine is a PC from 2012. Ivybridge i5 @3GHz, 8 or 16GB of RAM and a GTX 650Ti or 680 GPU. A GTX 960, 1050Ti are "entry level" gaming GPUs and basically match the 680
  6. Runs pretty smooth for me on the default setttings. If I try to adjust the .ini file the game won't load, MSI Afterburner also causes problems so I can't check my FPS. I'll link a video of my gameplay below, specs are in my sig.
  7. I've just checked the amount of VRAM being used with the Dome fix V2 patch, Max is 1.5GB. That's with my 980Ti which has 6GB of VRAM, I do still have my 960 BUT it's a 4GB model not sure it's worth testing as most people bought the 2GB variant
  8. I never use either of those. I've resolved it now thank you for your time *EDIT* It seems RSS (Riva Statistics Server) & MSI Afterburner causes issues and also needs to be closed
  9. Thank you, I had just found that myself. I've put the files in the Launcher folder, configured the gamepad in Jconfig. Even set as compat for Win 8 as readme states. Loading RSLauncher.exe does not work *EDIT* Deleted the SWArcGame folder in Documents/My Games/UnrealEngine3. It now plays with JconfigSW! Thanks everyone for the assistance
  10. Thank you for your time. I do have the latest GPU drivers installed, I'll look for this other Launcher now and see what happens
  11. At least I'm not alone. I am running TP 255 which Petje says is working, very strange.
  12. Thank you for the reply. Desktop PC. i7 2600K @4.5GHz & 980Ti
  13. Hey guys! A little help please if anyone has come across this problem I'm trying to load the RSLauncher with latest version of TP. It looks like the game (SWArcGame-Win64-Shipping.exe) is trying to load BUT it's closing and then trying to open again, repeating over and over in a loop. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide, I've read through posts here and the TP discord but couldn't see this mentioned.
  14. I can see quite a few people are struggling with the Network error. Try bridging the Ethernet and Wi-Fi adapters in Windows network settings, that's what worked for me on my rig which is on Wi-Fi and NOT hardwired to the router.
