yep no doubt the reduced videos from that post make it better but for me it still crashes on game over because the videos don't work, does anyone have it work after game over ?

its from this post i think, the video files are all but nothing and some sort of attract mode video does show up at the start saying insert coins but alas when its game over the game still crash almost tho its a shame it doesn't work for everyone as its a great game

could this be a amd - nvidia thing i'm on amd gpu, it doesn't work, anybody get it working on amd gpu ?

normal for me with JC but if you press service button 2 times game starts and plays fine till defeat the nothing as the game over video doesn't play

in TP, the game doesn't even attempt to launch, just nothing happens

until something better happens, you can use these to play alpine racer rotated, extract to game folder, switch window mode on in jconfig https://www.mediafire.com/file/zqmggapekkvkytr/Alpine_Racer.rar/file 'escape' quits game and returns screen to normal rotation

i set this up yesterday and it works fine with jconfig, i did have to make an ahk to remove the files in the \sv\5d3154622c73bfe649df8681bb304654_000\ folder without the removal of these files it wont start again after playing. i do use Game Loader All Rh.exe to start the game

use your video card software to control the fps or riva tuner or some other program

in game loader window size tab, i have my "setting 1" resolution set to 1600x1080 and it looks fine here, its a little wider than using setting 0 which like you say looks narrow. i have 1920x1080 monitor.

i made a program for that a while back, has a gui and only updates games with game loader files in it. you point to the root with all the game folders in it and let it do its thing

i don't think its a bad dump just bad settings somewhere. what version of jconfig do you have ? when you press the output files button in gameloader it overwrites the jconfig files with an old version of jconfig, the latest is 1.8 idmac and 1.7 jvsemu, get that version and try it, mines works fine and you have the same files (i uploaded those files with the backups inside them) i can't add them here coz the upload limit is shit.
