Those games are too new. You will need to wait a couple of years in order to get the dumps. And Tekken is not a Nesica game.

If your arcade stick is based on a USB encoder there is no difference with a regular joystick.

If the accel does not work, try to calibrate it on test menu.

Here is my config for playing only with joystick, and it works perfect, al least for me.

I play it with keyboard with no problem with Jconfig but i recognize that is more comfortable with joystick

Did you set the fake accel and brake option?

My version al leat has pre configured keys, F1 OR F2 for coins, F4 for exit and mouse for gun. SPACE for jump

I see. The majority of PC based arcade boards use an NVIDIA GPU. Intel GPU are not compatible in many cases.

Tomorrow I will upload to mega the game with Jconfig inside. So place the game in a folder excluded form the anti virus because it will give you (posibly) a false posiitive. If you download my version and still having problems for launching the game you should install all the .NET framework version including 32 bits and 64 bits. If you doný know about that I will post a list here.

Music gun requieres a lot of dll. Cost me a lot of work to get all the dll. I will share my version if you want.

I think I read your post asking about that. It's really sad that the team behind RPCS3 does not care about Namco System 357 emulation. The same with the pcsx2 team with Namco System 246. Those two systems have an incredible list of games

I have no problem in exchange info. I dónt know anything about emulation or working directly with memory addresses but if I can help you in anything that would be great. I have no problem in learning new things. But I am not smart as you are haha. We are neighbors, I am from Uruguay

Amazing progress, Do you know where openParrot crashes? Maybe adding some log using log4net can tell you something. I don't know if you can run dll using debug mode.
