When i run the UI on my laptop it runs fine, but when i connect the laptop to my tv with HDMI. the games runs in slow motion.

I have a small issuu with ithe Sega Model 3 UI when i run it on my tv with HDMI cable, all the games run slow. When i play it on laptop the all the games run fine but on my with tv with hdmi cable it runs slow. Sega Model 2 UI games works perfect on tv and laptop with hdmi cable. Any one to that have this issuu ?
