You should be able to create a custom resolution with 120Hz from Nvidia Control Panel -

Make sure you're running it through CMD with the attribute -T to launch it in TDP Mode if you're trying to connect from USB to PC, also you'll have to ADB Reverse your Android device to connect it to your PC. -

You'll need ADB Tools to Reverse port TCP 52468 for your Android device to be able to connect to the Brokenithm Server, you'll have to enable USB Debugging in your Android device, also for using Brokenithm Server in TCP just open a CMD in the folder and enter <<brokenith_server.exe -T>> to use it in TCP Mode. Oh yeah and last tip, on the Brokenithm App use 127.0.0.1 Address to connect to your PC
