I solved my problem after doing all the steps over again from scratch. Changed resolution in the rally config to my native resolution after getting d3d errors. Works great now.

Running on Windows 7 64 bit & teknoparrot 1.43. I updated rally.exe and updated the shell folder. The game starts fine except it is playing in a really small window. I have tried changing the resolution in the config file in the sega rally folder but it makes no difference. Changed fullscreen from =0 to =1 and back with no changes. Anyone have any idea? Thanks
