  1. @r0n1nCool merci! sympa de mettre la main à la pâte Edit: attention quand même, en changeant les noms dans les fichiers lay ca va casser les configs que j'avais fait: - dans raster.ini j'avais mis "View=Artwork" donc ca choisissait par défaut une vue commençant par "Artwork" et maintenant ils ne s'appellent plus comme ça. - dans vector.ini et vector-mono.ini j'avais mis "View=Artwork Generic 16:9 With Frame" et idem maintenant ça a changé dans tes fichiers .lay Sinon en fait j'ai une version améliorée que j'ai jamais vraiment finie pour ArcCabView ReShade et BGFX, j'avais bien bossé dessus fin juillet mais j'ai du passer à autre chose, il y a pas mal de progrès intéressants mais j'ai jamais releasé ni vraiment été au bout de ce que je voulais faire. Toutefois c'est fonctionnel en l'état et mieux (et en plus je sais plus ce que je voulais encore changer lol)... Faudrait que j'update en l'état avec ces ajouts...
  2. salut. les frames dans les gen_horizontal et gen_vertical ne sont là que pour etre utilisées sans le shader BGFX. C'est utile pour les jeux "vector" par exemple. dès que le shader bgfx est utilisé la frame est prise dans artwork\ArcCabView et il ne faut plus utiliser celle de l'artwork (sinon elle va s'afficher par dessus l'autre et ca casse tout! 😄 ). Le fait que la frame soit différente n'a aucun intéret, ca devrait etre la même (enfin on fait ce qu'on veut, mais pour uniformiser ce serait bien que soit la même...), je l'avais mise en 720p car ça me semblait suffisant, j'ai visiblement simplement oublié de mettre à jour les artworks "gen_" @dgrace yes you can add custom bezel and arts in "UserTextures\ExactNameOfTheGame\"
  3. @VirtuaTKdgVoodoo DirectX VRam default is too low for this game. Put "2048" instead of "256" in the dgVoodoo.conf file of this game and it won't crash anymore

  6. You can apply the BGFX chain to any recent MAME versions just the same way as CRTGeomDeluxe. The best way (I think) would be to edit your ini files to enable the BGFX video mode and to select the ArcCabView chain you want to use. About the backend, you can put the one you want, btw d3d11 is slow, with d3d9 the scanline effect is broken (even with CRT-Geom and CRTGeom-Deluxe). So I think glsl is a good option (at least up to 0.242, because I didn't test the later builds) About the resolution, these effects are made for high resolution screens: UHD/4K would be perfect, FullHD is ok, 720p/768p will probably be too short to get a good result... I hope it helps just edit all you ini files to enable the "filter" (bilinear filtering) # # OSD ACCELERATED VIDEO OPTIONS # filter 1 And it should work. it is better to disable this filter when using a CRT shader but without these shader I do agree: it looks better with

  8. lol (Trouby is back!! 😅) ok, so if for you 0.171 was the best MAME version ever and a poor "scanline" overlay with not the good number of lines and a blur result is the best way to display your games: just keep it like that

  10. As this is a PSX2 hardware game, I think we will have to wait approx 10 years more to get these games running correctly in MAME 😄
  11. Glad you like it I don't think it will really look the same as a real screen when compared side by syde. The goal is more to get something easily, quick, clean, powerful and nice to create the best possible "illusion" with the frame, the curvature, the scanline and the textured dot display. I don't think it really looks the same as a CRT screen but I think the "illusion" is now really "nice" : when it runs on my cab, it really looks like there is a CRT screen inside (at least when we are a few meters away) Just like this for example: I'm waiting for your side by side comparaisons, for sure it will be interesting 😃

  15. ca doit etre possible mais comme FB émule des tonnes de systemes ayant tous des résolutions différentes c'est pas une tres bonne idée d'utiliser la solution "reshade" pour un effet CRT... (Sauf si tu ne fais tourner que des jeux ayant la même résolution natives)
  16. The issue is on your side. You should have something not set correctly (your artworks path?). Try with a clean mame install

If you put a bezel.png file in "UserTextures\MyGameName\" the launcher should set reshade to use it and you have nothing to edit nor change after that: you don't have to set nor edit anything Sorry I didn't test it but it should work using Openbor in Opengl check the others Openbor games, the setting should be very similar

  22. @Safur The generic manual version is still "included" : You just have to move ReShade.ini and ReShade's dlls renamed to the root folder and it should work as before without the launcher
  23. just edit the bgfx\chains\ArcCabViewXXX.json files with a bigger default value for "Phosphor decay power" you can try to find the correct value you want using the sliders ingame and when done edit all the chains with the value you like
  24. Did anyone managed to get Radiant Silvergun working? I didn't test for a long time but last time I tried I didn't get anything else than a black screen ingame 😞
