J/RConfig users --- has anyone found a way to suppress the white window that pops up before games switch to fullscreen? This window flashes when I use the D3D9Wrapper with Virtua Tennis 4 (RConfig) and Super Street Fighter IV (JConfig + JVSEmu). The problem goes away if I turn off the wrapper, but then I can't set a custom resolution.
