It's unlikely and I'm not sure why you want them at such high resolution - they were originally 640x480, so even if the geometry is scaled, the textures will look terrible. There will be no benefit at all with the extra resolution.

Does anyone know how to run a game in the emulator via the commandline? I want to run games via AttractMode on my arcade cabinet, any ideas? Thanks

I've spent ages trying to figure this out fo rmyself but I'm stuck so hopefully this has been resolved before. My arcade cab uses standard MAME keyboard set and all my emulators are configured to use these keys. P1 Button 2 is Left Alt, but GameLoader doesnt like that key as it triggers an alt selection on the window, pausing the game - has anyone else had this before? It's not an option to change the keys, unless I use AHK for all GameLoader games in RocketLauncher, but there must be a simpler way?
