Thanks GingerJazz, I have tried all that and much more but no success. My computer has a problem with the 4.whatever versions of dolphin/triforce.

Thanks for your help Gingerjazz. I already had those 2 versions and they used to work perfectly for me. Now the 4.0 is not working anymore and the 3.0 works. I tried to remove the dolphin directory in my C drive, uninstall all dolphin versions and restart fresh but still the same problems. As Hyperscorpio said, it has to be expected from unstable versions and so I will wait for further improvements hopefully.

@cool coyote, thanks for the answer, my "emulation" computer is modern enough to run Dolphin with a 1060 Nvidia card so I don't think it is the problem. @Gingerjazz, I am relieved to see that I am not the only one with this problem, although contrary to you I have also the problem with older versions of Triforce for the other games (It was working back then and I don't know since when and why it is not the case now). Maybe you can tell me which versions you are using for FZero and mario kart GP 1 for example ? @Hyperscorpio I don't want to blame anybody for the unstable state of the emulator of course. I have started using emus back in 1996 so I know how it works and never in the world would complain to an emu author for his work. Here it's just that I haven't found a solution despite searching the internet extensively about my problem and I wanted to know if somebody else had the same problem and found a solution. I will patiently wait for future versions.

Hello Brodo, and first I would like to congratulate you, that game was requested by so many for so long !! Unfortunately I cannot manage to make it work on the computer I have dedicated for emulation. Each time I launch a version or another of Virtua Striker 4 the emulator shows only a black screen then it freezes and eventually crashes as it tries to use almost all the memory available (I have 32 Gb). This computer is running Windows 10 and is successfully working for many kind of emulators as I have almost 400 systems set up on my hyperspin installation and I have all the necessary libraries installed. I can also run the standard version of Dolphin and I used to be running the other Triforce games without a problem. However I can see now that I have the same problem with the so called DolphinWX and DolphinFZ versions which were running Mario Kart GP and FZero respectively (strangely I don't have this problem with the version Triforce 3.0 which is running Mario Kart GP2, go figure !!). I can also run your version of dolphin successfully on another computer. So I understand that the problem is coming from my computer and not the emu but maybe you have heard or encountered such a problem before. Anyway, thanks again and I am open to any suggestions as I am a bit lost for now.

I should try to restart from scratch as I am currently using the xemu build and hdd image provided by Backgammon. I am not sure I can find the motivation however since virtua cop is better with CXBX and ghost squad crash after the intro in the best case scenario anyway. not sure its worth the time spent...

Safur can you try Ghost squad and maybe ollie king ?

Mamefan, I have tried your bios and eeprom but I just get an error "guest has not started the display yet" or something like that. Maybe it is because I don't have the right hdd image (xbox_hdd.qcow2) ? I have reverted back to my previous bios and tried to launch vc3 the way you indicated but I am still stuck at : "Starting up virtua cop 3..." Well, I will have tried anyway, thanks a lot for your help !!

Alors il ne faut pas prendre le premier fichier "app" mais le rar un peu plus bas et choisis ensuite ce bios dans les settings de xemu. J'ai essayé moi même et ça ne marche pas donc je te le déconseille. Je vais voir avec Mamefan si j'ai fait une erreur quelque part. pour aller dans le unleashx dashboard tu laisses juste xemu démarrer sans disque inséré Pour trouver les fichiers xbe et démarrer un jeu avec la méthode xbmc tu ne peux pas aller dans tes répertoires windows mais uniquement naviguer dans les disques et lecteur dvd virtuels configurés pour xemu. C'est pour cela que je passe par des iso que j'insère dans xemu après avoir démarré xbmc

Pour compléter mon post précèdent tu ne peux en fait lancer des jeux que si ils sont dans le lecteur de DVD virtuel avec cette solution et donc pour xemu sous forme d'un iso que tu auras inséré après avoir lancè XBMC. Pour installer des jeux sur les disques durs virtuels de la XBOX il faut sans doute passer par un ftp mais je n'ai pas essayé de le faire. Je n'ai jamais eu de Xbox alors tout ça est un peu nouveau pour moi...

Safur tu dois aller sur system et ensuite le sous onglet file manager. La tu pourras accéder aux disques virtuels et au lecteur dvd. Tu peux ainsi accéder au fichiers contenus dans l'iso. Par contre tu peux peut être essayer aussi la méthode de mamefan qui est très différente. Je vais l'essayer aussi mais un peu plus tard dans la journée

Safur, I don't think the dashboard version is important as long as XBMC is running. However in the video I can see that the guy has a chihiro-something.xbe file that I don't have in my version. Maybe that explains. Also you are right: There is another version of ghost squad ("evolution") that you can launch with teknoparrot but it crashes before you can play.

Thanks a lot Mamefan, we are effectively talking about installing XBMC in order to launch chihiro games. Now I have managed to launch XBMC but when I launch a Chihiro .xbe it freezes the emu so any help will be greatly appreciated !!
