Ok it is clear now, I noticed this arcade game has 2 monitors lower one for action with lightgun interaction and higher one for bonus / extra display ... a few details to explain the gameplay : and look this video, go to 16m30s you will notice dual monitors

Yes i7 10700 are beast CPU for RCPS3 Emulation, no problem. You will have a very good experience. And no it is not fully merged with official release yet.
