When i run shell.exe i get the followig error "dk2win32.dll could not be found"

@ducon2016 does the game load for you fully now? are you able to enable logging then check "C:\Sega\GameData\Log_DT\LOG_2017_12_25\0\GameLog.log" and see if you are getting this error [2017-12-25 12:14:45.949] Create network group failed

mine gets to about 66% then closes and when i check logs ' Create network group failed'

for shelldata.ini did you just create it? if yes what did you put in it?

fellas i made some progress... place C:\Sega\Shell\Deploy\GameData\config.ini to C:\Sega\GameData\config.ini If you press F1 when the game starts it will open local network maybe someone can figure out something from this 'NRT Web Interface'?
