hummm... frame limiter for IIDX is not recommanded. prefer : 1 - turn ON V-sync 2 - disable the : fast sync, low latency, etc. (freesync is OK for me). your fps monitoring is no fluct at 59.9999 for ex, and is perfect. but frame limiter.... no way.
