Same for me, no coin insert possible

Hello, can anyone help me on how to config insert coin. All efforts to define a key in the segatools failed. i am using a xbox360 controller. So now that it is in TP i thought to config the pad there, but i didint get it to work in TP. Which game exe is the correct one in TP? Many thx in advance.
