i think that could be the issue with amd video cards because i do see that most arcade games tend to work with a nvidia card than amd, and for some you might need a patch to get it working.

try megadownloader, also they have mirrors on this thread

did you put the jconfig files in the root of the game folder?

have you followed the readme that came with the fighting ex layer jconfig?

i am running this game on a external drive and it works fine with fullscreen, also thanks for the comment for "enable in jconfig only high res and direct sound"

well mostly i tried to reset the download by right clicking it and select the option and it worked... so try that if not then exit out of the application and reopen it
