Some experience dealing with Allnet & Aime failure problem: If an error message occuring on Artemis terminal shows something like unable to start listening on port 80 as "An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions", open "services.msc" and disable "World Wide Web Publishing Service". This releases port 80 and allows the virtual Allnet server to work correctly.
