I have the same problem with super street fighter 4, no controls respond if I start the game through retrobat. I hope someone knows how to fix that problem.

Not yet, I just said that the menu would probably still work but only because in the new versions of teknoparrot they said the menu was invisible. I thought the menu would still be accessible and that just the visual was of no use but it seems I was wrong. I hope that in the future this will be solved through a patch or an update of the teknoparrot emulator.

Edit: I haven't given you credit yet, but I saw that holding L1 activates the test mode. I was looking at the page where I once downloaded the Japanese GP2 iso but it was hacked. From what I found out, only dumped roms in mame format are available. However, that format is not compatible with the dolphin triforce emulator, but it seems that there is a tool to transform mame files into iso format so that the emulator can read them, also remember to change the header so that the emulator can read it correctly. Which Japanese Mario Kart Arcade GP are you referring to? 1 or 2? 2 is easier to find in Japanese but unfortunately I can't find a ROM for 1 in Japanese.
