vhd is virtual disk you can use https://www.osforensics.com/tools/mount-disk-images.html to mount it then copy the files off

Just try and make an account here instead https://aqua.msm.moe/login and use that instead of aqua or something sorry I cant help much more

You may need to edit stuff in application.properties and dont forget to add your ip into segatools and make sure it is your LOCAL IP and your public ip

If you dont want to setup aqua you can use this instead https://aqua.msm.moe/login just make an account or something I am not too sure https://github.com/hykilpikonna/AquaDX is the only server I know about to set it up is easy install java jdk, make sure java is enabled on windows PATH click code > download zip extract to its own folder go to releases and download the latest .jar, place it in the folder you extracted the previous files too and rename it to aqua.jar go into config folder, configure application.properties file run start.bat
