[Arcade PC] SDVX Vivid Wave

Download latest 20240206, move all files except music_db.xml. Now merge (with something like beyond compare) the new songs from the 20240206 music_db.xml into the music_db.xml in the /others folder. That will give you 2028 tracks.. -

@ovv22 I managed a while ago to find one which seems to be missing 1259 AUTOMATION PARADISE 20190228 When I browse through all the songs from 20190228 in SDVX I can't seem to find it. -

music_db.zip @ElrasielHere is my music_db.xml The omnimix is part of this xml, which makes it a pain in the b* when a new update is released because I have to manually edit this file. Advantage is that the songs are visible in the song list in the ovv22 sdvx plug-in. Also the 'missing' RB files from 2023102400 are in this xml. Obviously to make it work you need all the music files Still 'missing' two older songs which are in the xml and music folder. The number of songs in the sdvx song list is for me 2021. SDVX 'only' shows 2019 tracks available...ah well.. -

Sorry ovv22 : but I now used the plain-vanilla music_db.xml from 20240130 (and the rest of course) and still only have 3 songs in the 2024 section when enabling 'unlock all songs'. SDVX shows 1985 songs available in total. When I have 'unlock all songs' disabled I have 6 songs in the 2024 section. SDVX now shows 1833 tracks available. I did run the update webui assets of course. Another strange thing is that the webui shows 1990 entries in the songs list but sdvx shows 1985 tracks at best (with unlock all songs enabled). beware: this is not meant to be negative. I love your plug-in and all the work you put into it is highly appreciated edit: I see there is a pull request to set a constant to 2200 in common_ts (let songNum = 2200 ) https://github.com/22vv0/asphyxia_plugins/pull/7/files I changed it manually and it does work. -

and can you tell what that 'something' is to unlock these songs I have my own musicdb.xml where also the omnimix entries are incorperated (then they are also part off the song list in asphexia). -

this plugin indeed shows now the 6 2024 songs although this plugin states 2200 songs available.... I 'only' have 2019 edit: there is indeed something not 100% with fork-6.0.2.8-kfc. When I disable 'unlock all' the 6 songs for '2024' are there. But when I enable 'unlock all' the 3 songs (2119 (circuitsurfer), 2129 (we are all dreamer) ,2030 (double or nothing)) are not there anymore and 'only' 2016 songs available -

can some explain why from the 2024 songs only 3 show up in the '2024' section although there are 6 in the music.xml 2066 , 2067, 2068 show up but 2119 (circuitsurfer), 2129 (we are all dreamer) ,2030 (double or nothing) are not there?? I did run the update assets, songs also show up in song list in asphyxia web interface latest spice stable , latest plug-in -
As far as I can see is that both links are still working/active

Again: check the registry (regedit) if you have a key+values in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\SEGA like this If it is not there run the patch.reg (should be in your run folder but I also attached it) If it is there then I can not help you anymore...perhaps run Rev_v11_offline_patched.exe as an administrator? patch.reg -

You really need to check if you have the registry entries under hklm. Because when I remove them I also get the 0949 error and after reapplying them it is gone. Same for keychip id... Without registry entries it is empty (0949) and with registry there is a value (no 0949 error) At least... That is my experience.. -

(no....I am not playing this game because I have no dancepad but it is just irritating me) I have DDR3/2023103002 running with aspyxia and a compatible plugin. I also could create and save my profile (so far so good). when I play Bad Apple from the TOUHOU genre its just runs fine. After I pick a difficulty level it shows 'first stage', show cover art and then starts the track. However in the TOUHOU arrange with a song like 'Night of nights', I pick the level, I get 2nd stage message and then..nothing. The screen just stays there on the cover-art. The programme does not crash and I even can 'insert' coins, go to the bios settings and the background pulses. Does not matter if I play this song first and there are more songs which do this (just tried Aronchupa/I am an Albatroaz....also hangs on cover art). Yorusika song plays fine. The big difference I see is that 'warnings' with no image[stage_frame0000_stage_1st] [2024/01/28 04:54:28] M:xrpc: eventlog_2.write request [2024/01/28 04:54:28] M:xrpc: connect(127.0.0.1:8083,1) [2024/01/28 04:54:28] M:xrpc: eventlog_2.write result make/pkt/resp/fin/comm=16/27/7/0/10796 [2024/01/28 04:54:28] W:afpu-package: no image[stage_frame0000_stage_1st] in shape[stage_frame_shape12] [2024/01/28 10:54:31] M:graphics::d3d9: Direct3DCreate9 hook hit [2024/01/28 10:54:31] M:graphics::d3d9: IDirect3D9::GetDeviceCaps hook hit I can post complete log but I wonder if this is something of a known error and/or just some stupid setting I missed. I will not loose sleep because this game is not for me, it's just a nagging feeling that I missed something. -
There is a way to make the whole game English but the one who discovered this has an issue of sharing this information on emuline. Do a search on discord cc1.

Assembly-CSharp.dll I run the 1.39AD with all these options (also unlocked all the songs) but with the assembly-csharp.dll from the 'standard' segatools package I 'only' get around 1200 songs. Replacing it with an older Assembly-csharp.dll in the /mu3_data/managed folder I get around 1400 songs. This old dll will also create data_cache.bin and data_fumen_analysis_cache.bin which makes the game start faster after the first time (when it creates these files) Hope this will help you...
-
First of all: I do not want to be negative but it seems that you ask a question and already find the answer moments later responding 'ok nevermind'... Why not try first and when you are really stuck ask the question. I really do not know why you have only 4 songs in this section... I Have many many more. For the bios assign a button/key to Testmode. You can set Game Settings to Free Play, 3 songs. I can not find an option to disable timer unfortunately.

I know that a 'official' omnimix and even a (local) server solution seems to exist, but people are just 'sitting' on their data/solution. I also know that the latest offline version is missing songs. So I tried at least to find out how to 'restore' some songs in Synchronica. I found out (by just a blind compare) that between version 6609 and 6708 (this one is the offline version patched one) 41 songs where just not made available. The songs are still there however the artwork is stubbed to a generic one. By copying back the artwork and editing the missing songs back in a file these songs are now also available in the offline version. There is one disadvantage: you have to build up your version of synchronica from scratch in order to have all necessary data (https://archive.org/details/Synchronica) which takes a while The result of my botched up work is found here https://pixeldrain.com/u/ge9LW6LM Off course I would like to get my hands on an 'official' omnimix and even better: a way to store my progress in this game. But Synchronica being a not so popular game I will not hold my breath.

I can not help you. I can run this game without any trouble, have all the songs I want to play. Perhaps you could try to get hold of the Nintendo Switch version with the dlc (about 44 dlc packs are available)... That might be the easiest way
-
Don't know about missing songs... Can you give an example so I could check. Luckily my favorite songs are all there.
-
No??? I was reacting to your post 'false positive on DmacXv1.9.rar'. In my case jconfig was removed by virusscan so I needed to exclude it.

??? brush up?? this guide could not be more clear

I do not understand the next .... I have both the 1.39 and 1.40 version from @meru_golang The last shows 1409 songs available. When I put the extra option files in the 1.39 version I also get 1409 songs. However: when I get a 'clean' package from another source (which is nearly identical to 1.39 version from here), put the extra option files in, I 'only' get 1249 songs. What did I miss?
-
There are rumors that the 1.40 version is not a real clean version but in fact a 1.39 with extra option files and a modified 1.39 ICF making it show 1.40 on the bottom of the screen. I do not know what the truth is and to be honest: i do not care. I still thank @meru_golang for making it available. But as a test I just put the extra option files from 1.40 in the 1.39 option folder, imported them into Artemis and it seems that the number of songs (1409 in my case) are showing up just fine in 1.39
