That's cool. Which patcher website are you using? Or is it an offline patcher? I haven't downloaded the files yet.

Made some changes to my profile in asphyxia and now my credits are going into the negative on the main screen lol. No idea what I did and it doesn't really impact anything. But I am curious how to change that back to the original. Any idea?

Someone posted earlier that they only cleaned the October files and all the babylon stuff isn't unlocked since the cleaned file only unlocks what is supposed to be unlocked up to October.

I might be entirely wrong but the latest version is from July here https://github.com/asphyxia-core/asphyxia-core.github.io/releases/tag/v1.50 Asphyxia is supported by plugins for the games and a3 has one already if you're looking to boot from asphyxia. I forget on what page but someone posted a more stable version of the ddr a3 plugin. It's far from perfect since it doesn't save some scores still but it gets the job done. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm going off of what I've learned so far. I found the post

I can't seem to get galaxy start to work. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if it's even possible in this October build since the babylon event didn't start until November. And I know the event won't launch on a server that doesn't have it enabled. But would galaxy start even do anything different on a build that is before the official launch? I do have premium launch enabled in the settings but have a red message of something in Japanese that the translator says "500 yen over in one of the settings" something or the other. Were the songs even discoverable in the October build? The lupin patcher works. Gets rid of the trolled shenanigans. Glad whoever made the lupin patcher brought back the centered arrows. Props to them.

The picture isn't loading for some reason for me but I don't believe that is entirely accurate. I am using October data and the patcher is giving constant errors when trying to patch the gamemdx.dll There are several things from the lupin patcher that aren't in the xirin patcher and it dose make sense from someone I talk to that is involved with or creates the leaked as to why the two patches aren't the same. Basically they told me GP and data have the same protocols to run and have minimal tweeks visually but mostly run the same under the hood like the arcade. They were right about turk and his website lockdown and his private chat so I'd believe them more about the patcher differences.

So I tried using the October patcher from https://lupinthidr.github.io/BemaniPatcher/ddra3.html for the September data but it wouldn't work. EDIT: Apparently this one is actually used for DDR GP and not the data releases. So it makes more sense why one of the loading patcher errors was DONT CHEAT. I'm guessing it's a completely different build since there are a lot more options in that patcher compared to the one from https://patcher.xinrin.uk/ddra3.html Turksigara's is still ID and PW locked https://patcher.turksigara.net/ddra3.html and according to a leaked message from the discord, that person is having a meltdown not getting enough respect for their releases.

Out of curiosity, would I still be able to use the October patcher on the September update gamemdx.dll? This one has the center arrows for single play which is highly convenient for my setup. Also, for some reason when I'm using the gold background it lowers the audio for some reason but brings it back up on the blue background. Don't know why that happens.

It was through the turksigara patcher but it's been put on lockdown with a id and password.

It doesn't have that issue with me. Not sure why.

Oh yeah. I totally forgot the server needs to have the event active first to launch the event on the player side.

So what I ended up doing was copying the ark files from the September patch to the newer updated patch and the game would launch like it was in the Babylon event but none of the events would kick in.

I give up. I was able to get rid of the trolled background and the text with some tinkering but it crashes the game when getting to the babylon event. I just ended up doing a fresh install of the September data and will just wait until there is a non-trolled version floating around. From what I've seen on other videos, there is supposed to be a galaxy start but it seems we only have part of the event since the flare notice and the badges load up but there is no other sign of the babylon event (the opening cinematic, extra stage, etc.) but that is probably the reason of using old files from the september update into the october one.

Open hxd. Load up the arkmdxp3. Then hit ctrl+f click all and then find the names exactly as above in the startup screen. I can't figure out how to change the background to go back to the normal one.

Haven't had a chance to try it myself But you need to use the startup.arc and arkmdxp3.dll the hex editor "HXD" program from what I was told. Find their names in the above screenshot and replace them with what they are originally supposed to be.
