welp, looks like my audio setup prevents me from even playing this game. i cant use 44.khz

thank you! it works! i had to use ASIO, and ASIO4ALL didnt work, FlexASIO did, but im not getting audio? and im getting an IC CARD error and the game doesnt launch after editing the config file for FlexASIO to get the right audio device log.txt

fixed it, i had to use the DDR A.S.S.exe and DDR P.U.S.S.(I.E.).exe from the older stuff.
