NEVERMIND the 2nd question, it works again, i need to re enable the force single monitor. I always have that enabled, and never had any problem when turned off in 2024082700 and before, so i turned it off after one of the early errors, but not it works again but the web gui problem still persists

Can someone help me why i got this error when updating the web ui assets? and also i cant launch the game now, got the error log similar to few posts above, the W:signal: exception raised: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION thingy, it was fine in 2024082700 appreciate for the help log.txt

yes, the thing is. the borderless mode on spice tools never work properly as far as i know so what i do is left the setting on windowed only, then make it borderless using Borderless Gaming

maybe try running it on windowed mode and make it fullscreen using an app called borderless gaming

i got the crash after selecting a song too. havent figyured out what causes it. @Bentoowo is it because the hide premium guide banner options for the dll? were your game run normally before that?

Nvm it fixed now, just knew about the dev asyphxia run thingy. And that gave me a clue, i havent delete the old sdvx plugins and replace it with the new one never thought of that because in past version i just put the new plugins and replace what needed. Thank you 😄

Instant error with the log like this

does anyone knows why i did get this error after updating, i have put all the new dll, patch the dll, my config also were unchanged, after some minutes maybe 10 minutes, the game suddenly launched but server were busy when inserting the card

I think the issue i found this far is my save data didnt get read and i have to make a new one using the same card. Also updating the webGUI assets doesnt work

Have you also replace the old soundvoltex.dll, with the newer version that located in the /modules folder

Favorite is a menu itself, you played with english language right? its above volforce menu. You can add songs to favorite by pressing the number "0" on the keypad

Make sure you dont disable subscreen from the soundvoltex.dll, dont tick the option to use only one monitor in spice2x

My Valkyrie mode works perfectly in windowed mode Maybe not when i was using spicetools. Change it to Spice2x like me, spice tools hasnt been updated for a long time now

Answering your side question 1. No they dont, there are 2 version of SDVX cabinet which runs different version but still the same base game The new Valkyrie model (released in 2021 with Exceed Gear Update), it has new effect called "valkyrie effect" make knob slam more flashy, and the long notes textures looks a bit different from what i observe. The game also runs in 120hz. It has a second screen for the FX-L + FX-R menu, and could be use to search songs The old Nemysis model (the cab used since SDVX I-V *cmiiw, this thing run with potato specs from what i heard it uses 4th gen i3 or something) 2. Even with your 2021 update, you can enable it by changing your ea3-config.xml in the prop folder, the 2nd letter in the datecode (AFA/JFA,etc) change the F (its nemesys model) to => G or H (valkyrie model) you can run it fine even without a 120hz monitor and a 2nd monitor. Subscreen only works in fullscreen exclusive mode (afaik), borderless or windowed doesnt. If you want to use the subscreen use page up, use mouse for the touch here's the photo of the cab (from google img)

Ah yeah thats right, i shouldve mentioned that, cuz the sdvx.dll now in the modules folder instead the root folder and it wasnt like that back then

You could try to reinstall your graphics driver, i usually do that and that kind of sucks actually after 2022122000 version, the framedrops could occur quite randomly again after a week or so Edit: ive tried the spice2x linked above, so much better and didntr encounter any jank or fps drop for now. I suggest you try it
