    Are you sure you have the BASE game version with the updates needed for the TP supported version. Some people try to run only the update data, that will not work. Did you add the correct .dll file(s) for APM3 games to the game folder ?

    Remove game from TP list, sometimes the .xml gets corrupted. Add game and assign inputs again.

    How do you run the game, with TP (both the game and TP exe running as admin) ? With JC, make sure JC sees the joystick in the GUI.

    You did not configure your Input / Output. Configure a joystick or steering wheel as input, as needed. Do not forget to calibrate your inputs in the test / service menu.
