No need to YELL !! I have no idea what you mean. Does Windows see the (wireless) joystick, does it see the wireless receiver ? When it is connected it should light up the top left quadrant. Xbox360 Controller works fine for me Test menu works with mouse emulating the touchscreen. I can move it around as needed and save it afterwards. I do not use joy2key or other tools for inputs.

Not that I know of. Spicetools emulates "a local EAmuse card server" so it needs localhost:8080 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Localhost https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loopback Not sure if card saving broke in the latest SpiceTools version, it will not load a card for me either. I do not use locale emulation, I have not seen characters "not displayed properly". (Win 10 Pro US)

No, it needs a server which does not exist anymore. It is a online, multiplayer game. So TP developers try to emulate that, in the year 3504, or somewhere around that timeframe. For the moment, afaik, only a few training missions.
