A IGPU is practically worthless, no matter the brand or type. They just support "just basic gfx" at a horrible fps. NVIDIA rules for a lot of games and emulation. Nezarm makes / made most GFX patches for TP. Afaik no Intel patches at all for Intel GPU, and Outrun2 is the only game using a AMD GPU on Lindbergh. Are you sure you have EA emulation checked in Spiceconfig ? Insert credits, then press pink button below (mouse emulates touchscreen), game should start.

Running TP and the MKDX game .exe as administrator ? I assume your NVIDIA GPU is too weak. Did you apply the graphics error patch ? No need for XPadder or joytokey, the problem is newer versions of SpiceTools got a bug with certain games.
