You have a 3D TV with passive or active glasses ? According to the Dead Escape manual the cabinet uses a industrial 47 inch monitor / digital signage display with a resolution of 1920x1080 at 59Hz. Partnumber 730-993, no further info at the moment. The original glasses look the active type to me. Could it be those original glasses are actively synced with external infrared leds ?

Linux OS based arcade games are TP exclusive, for a good reason ! It took a insane amount of work to get it to work, and even on Window$ for the not so computer savvy ! So, shell out $5 a month, or you could try to get it to work on Linux, good luck.

The game is probably not running at its native resolution. Graphics and aiming resolution are two different things. No idea how to change / edit aiming resolution. Tried to calibrate gun in game test / service menu ?
