Update: I reinstalled my Windows 10 and made sure everything is installed in C drive following the tutorial step by step. Now the problem is resolved and I can get Aime working after waiting for some time (2 mins) in game. Tips: 1. Put Tekno and IDZ in your C drive. 2. Gateway is not going to cause error, just make sure in tekno setting, your ip address is correct. 3. If your screen refresh rate is higher than 60Hz, go to your graphics setting and limit the fps of InitialD0_DX11_Nu.exe to 60FPS. Turn on VSync as well if necessary.

Thanks a lot for this fantastic tutorial. I do have issues with 8008 and 6503 here. (8008 shows up upon launch, then 6503 error emerges if I ever try to use Aime for saving). My network setup is somewhat complicated and my gateway for main router at home is 192.168.4.1 instead of 192.168.4.0. However, teknoparrot does not respect this and keeps changing my gateway in segatools.ini back to 192.168.4.0. I am not sure if this is where the problem originates. I have tried other things. DNS is set to Google ones (8888 and 8844), no DVD drive is attached to my PC, I waited for over 5 mins after launching the game but Aime still does not work. Upon inspecting minime's cmd.exe, I could see log attached below.
