This unfortunately might be a consequence of the hardware upgrade kit for old cabs - the new PCB has an ASUS Xonar AE, which is the same ASIO sound card in the lightning cab. So WASAPI isn't officially supported and might just straight up not work anymore.

I have had no issues running anything as far back as Resort Anthem and as new as RESIDENT at 120hz on a RX 5700XT, FWIW

For awareness in case anyone else runs into this issue with 120+hz, I got 30 running with 29's spicetools, but had issues with audio sounding fuzzy/noisy and chart timing. I managed to run 30 with bemanitools 5.43 (just using 29's launcher and config) and it remediated the crackling and timing issues.
