by the way, Does anyone have a solution to the problem of only songs playing and not being able to make a selection on the track select? It seems to be occurring in the CRYSTAL.

This is not the answer you are looking for, but there have been sites like this published in the past. (My player data is registered as a "Felica" ID and this site could not be used.)

Instead of going to 100% from the beginning, why not start by following the steps to get New running on page 17? It is important to isolate whether the problem is controller-dependent or game-dependent.

When I add a song to the Option folder, it becomes transparent on the select screen and cannot be selected. Is it because it's an unexplored song? It includes Son of Sun, etc.
