I was able to solve it. The cause was that Japanese was included in the folder name. When I checked the Aqua log, I found that the characters were garbled if the folder name contained Japanese. I checked it just in case, and this caused Error 4105. If anyone is suffering from the same error, make sure the folder name contains non-English characters. Erasing non-English characters from the folder name may solve the problem.
