  1. There are even more games for the Namco System 147 and 148, but most are obscure as they were mostly Japan releases. One interesting note would be Animal Kaiser
  2. Hello! I've managed to dump this Sega RingWide card game called Mushiking Battle Gacchu Guts! https://www.arcade-history.com/?n=mushi-king-battle-gacchu-guts&page=detail&id=62089 The game is the English translated version from its Japanese counterpart, and is believed to have been released in Asian countries. The game can be run on hardware considering you install the firmware from the discs, however, the I/O will need to be cracked, especially the management card procedure. There is no longer access to the machine the software was dumped from unfortunately.. I believe the manuals would give a very big insight to how the game works. Looking forward to its emulation! 3. Hey, you may want to contact GURU. Though, I am unsure on how to contact him.
  4. Hello everyone, I've managed to dump a IGS Hero of Robots Compact Flash! I would like this game to be emulated! UPDATE 22/4/23 Files seem to be accessible via a Linux distribution. You can dig into the contents and see what is salvageable! Link to the Disc Image (IMG) [UPDATED!] https://mega.nz/file/XdADiT4C#vymfLiZ4bVa1bOF6mkvhuX4HUVpNI94CfSKYTxaIvWc 1. Link to a video showing the dump working on a machine. An external source tested the dump on their machine and it worked. 2. Link to a video showing the game booting from BIOS successfully. Also by the same external source. ------------------------------------ BIOS Information: Phoenix BIOS v6.00PG DES-BT01 BIOS V1.10 Main Processor: Intel(R) Atom(TM) 1.60Ghz(133x12) Memory Testing: 1047488K OK CPU Brand Name: Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU M270 @ 1.60Ghz C1E BIOS Supported Uses DDR2 ------------------------------------ From prior inspection, it seems that the files in two partitions cannot be read, while the other two can be read. The two partitions that can be read consist of the boot files, as well as resource files respectively. Would like to hear out on some tips or progress regarding the emulation of this game!
  5. Alright, thanks for the tips! This game has no security dongle apparently and all that exists as boards are the System 148 PCB and the I/O Board. Other than that, there's the 12V power supply board but that's about it!
  6. Hello everyone! I'm looking to see what I can do in terms of dumping this Namco System 148 Board! It holds the arcade game named Animal Kaiser and I'm looking to have it dumped. Here's an image of it to get started. It is noted that there is a USB port to the board that is only known to supply additional power to the LCD screens currently used on Animal Kaiser machines in the UK.
  7. I have word that there is someone looking into it. Hopefully soon!
  8. Hello! I am new to the forum! I would like to see whether anyone got their hands on a Pokémon Tretta (ポケモントレッタ) machine[NOT FOUND] or an Animal Kaiser: The King of Animals machine[FOUND]. Would be good to see dumps for those games in the future! From my understanding, Animal Kaiser machines use the Namco System N2, of which I believe can be emulated. However, the Pokémon Tretta machines seem to be running on custom hardware, and the game runs off an executable(.exe) file. Here are the logs that appear when the Pokémon Tretta machine boots on screen. Video Card Boot: ELSA GLADIAC GT 430 LP Version 70.08.29.00.01 Copyright © 1996-2010 NVIDIA Corp.
