Because he didn't decrypt the exe at all, he just grabbed the stock unity exe from the same version of the unity engine.

if its a unity based game, most of the time you can get away by grabbing the same version of unity (from unity's website) and replace the exe. (won't work if the dlls are also encrypted obviously)

Because he is rrz/robert/insert all those 69420k accounts here that he created to spam here on emuline and on various discord servers. (so he is always banned)

SWDC original cabinet runs win8 and sega used windows apis that are only available on windows 8 and newer so it won't run on ancient win7. Upgrade to at least windows 8(.1) and it will work, not TP issue.

Actually it trips antivirus because they do malware like behavior on newer jc. (modifying exe\dll after being packed with upx, so who knows what they're hiding, don't be suprised if they're mining or stealing your data)

This uses same protection as terminator, needs dongle.

If they aren't including the source files then they're violating RPCS3 license.
